As a Backoffice Employee for Electric Charging Solutions, you are the crucial link between our on-site technicians and our customers. While the installations are being carried out, you ensure that everything is correctly configured, activated, and followed up administratively from the back office.
You keep an overview, communicate clearly, and make sure each project is completed down to the smallest detail.
🔧 Your responsibilities
- Activate and configure charging stations via our online backoffice platforms
- Support technicians during installation and commissioning
- Prepare and follow up on installation quotations with attention to detail
- Ensure smooth administrative processing and adherence to deadlines
- Work closely with colleagues to successfully complete every project
👤 Your profile
- Background in electrical engineering (education or relevant experience)
- Fluent in Dutch, English, and French
- Structured, punctual, and solution-oriented
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused mindset
- Able to work independently, yet a real team player
